Maker of the aluminum Louisville Slugger was sued by parents of a kid who was injured. They claimed the bats are more powerful than the wooden ones. Some organizations are reverting back to wooden bats.

Lawsuit: Metal found in Shells and Cheese.

Leamon Perkins of Pine Knot in McCreary County has filed a $6.5 million lawsuit against Kraft Foods alleging he sustained a perforated bowel and peritonitis from a piece of metal ingested when he ate microwaveable Velveeta Shells & Cheese.
