Kosair Childrens Hospital
As the holiday season comes to an end, now is the perfect time to clean out your gently used video games to help Kosair Children’s Hospital! The Youth Advisory Council is hosting a video game drive for the patients at KCH. We are in need of new and used video games, systems, and accessories (i.e., controllers) for the following game systems: Nintendo DS, Wii, X-Box 360, Playstation 2 and Playstation 3. A box for donations will be located by the information desk in the lobby January 9-13 from 8:30-5:30. Please call Taryn Scampoli or Lindsay McDaniel in Child Life at 629-7542 with questions. Thanks!

Have you ever filed one of these motions?
Motion to postpone trial due to sporting event
It seems to be a non-serious motion, not in the best interest of the client. But what if you live in a place where the client, the opposing attorney, the witnesses, the Judge and the jury all want to watch the game? Interesting.
